At first glance, Pilates might appear to be just a way to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance one’s fitness.

But I believe it’s more than that.

I believe Pilates has a ripple effect that can impact a person’s entire life. By strengthening your body and opening your mind with Pilates, you’ll ignite your spirit for life! I teach the art, the craft, and the science of movement for better balance and full self-expression.

I believe that no single approach is right for every individual, and I draw from my many experiences in learning, teaching, and studying both nationally and internationally. I offer a great learning environment for your body, emotions, and soul, and I work diligently to help you master various Pilates techniques.

My educational background includes a B.S. in Kinesiology and Business from the University of Minnesota. I am an active member of the PMA and IDEA Health and Fitness Association. As a teacher, continuing education provider, teacher of teachers, and perpetual student, I have been devoted to the field of health and wellness for over 30 years — and I am still as enthusiastic as ever about this work.
